I had a pretty nice stay! The hotel is in a great spot, just a short walk to the MRT station and a lovely park. My room was spacious, super clean, and well-equipped. I really enjoyed the complimentary high tea – who doesn’t love free snacks and cakes? Plus, the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and courteous at all times, and we were pleasantly surprised to discover that the hotel provides round-the-clock free food at the restaurant, including supper between 6-10pm. Additionally, our room was immaculately clean and exceedingly comfortable. We were very impressed by the hotel's location, which was in close proximity to both night markets and downtown shopping districts, making it easy for us to explore the city on foot.

Spent Christmas in this hotel and it exceeded my expectations. the breakfast and dinner spread was amazing, with plenty of options to choose from. the room was cozy and well-maintained. It is conveniently located near a shopping mall and the metro station. the staff was courteous and helpful, making us feel like we were royalty. the free bike rentals came in handy for sightseeing around the city.

The lack of amenities in the bathroom, such as a facial tissue and a face towel. the rooms facing the street were quite noisy, making it difficult to get a peaceful night's sleep.

The hotel is conveniently located near two night markets, making it easy to experience the local culture and food. the kind actions of the staff create a welcoming atmosphere. the rooms are spacious and clean, with a large TV and comfortable bedding. the bathrooms are well equipped with different shower settings and a bathtub.

The hotel lacks a view or any outdoor space to relax in.

The hotel provided a great breakfast selection and the coffee was delicious. The location was very convenient and close to the shopping district and night markets. the staff was very friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

The parking was difficult to navigate and not very convenient.
